Airport transfers:
Friday in the early evening for arrival.
Thursday morning for departure.
We are 50 km from Tromsø airport, Only one rotation is possible on arrival on Friday afternoon and departure on Thursday morning. We therefore recommend, as far as possible, not to plan arrival after 8pm on Friday and departure before 10am on Thursday.
In case you may not be able to meet the recommended range, we ask you to keep us informed of your flight schedules so that we can notify other participants of a possible schedule change regarding transfers. Thanking you in advance.
Those who arrive by their own means: see Google Maps at the bottom of the page to locate us (by clicking on the address) 🙂
We are at 7 kms only from Brensholmen ferry terminal.
Accommodation:
The 6 nights of the stay are in tents. The first and last nights are spent on our base. You will have access to the lodge for meals, showers and sanitary facilities. The other four nights are in the field. A common tent of the “yurt” type serves as a cambuse, a place of gathering and storage of collective equipment.
Food:
Meals and breakfasts during the 5 days and 4 nights of field work will be prepared together. The participation of everyone is welcome to optimize the organization of the camp.
Guide:
This stay is supervised by 1 English-speaking guide who will meet the wishes of the group so that this stay remains under the sign of relaxation, fun and outdoors.
The number of participants is limited to 8 people (4 Hobie Tandem Island) plus that of the guide.
Energy:
Provide a large amount of batteries for 5 days. We are equipped with a solar panel that is dedicated, for obvious reasons, to the charge of our means of communication for weather and rescue.
