Mental preparation is a pedagogical approach, a training that consists in developing mental and cognitive skills in order to optimize the personal or collective performance while promoting the pleasure of practice and autonomy.

The components of sports performance
My athletes mental training program is tailor made for each athlete and works on all the necessary skills to improve results while remaining in pleasure and respecting the athlete’s ecology. It allows the athlete to reveal himself and improve his performance. Specific tools are used depending on the periods of training or competition.
A fast track to autonomy
It finds its place before, during and after the sporting event and aims for the athlete to achieve his autonomy thanks to the acquisition of tools adapted to his needs. The athlete will be able to act on what he feels, what he thinks and what he does, the three levels of organization (physiological, cognitive and behavioral), components of sports performance.

A fascination for commitment and surpassing oneself
Sport, coaching and performance improvement have always been part of my core business. Becoming a mental trainer was an obvious choice for me.
The in-depth study of polar exploration history, advances in behavioral, cognitive and emotional therapies, books on self-transcendence or commitment, have long been a formidable source of inspiration for meticulously studying the mechanisms of victory.
My education as sophrologist and instructor in functional breathing, have also allowed me to structure my method and to acquire many additional tools that have enriched my experience.
Thus, my entire career path has led me, over the years, to develop my own athletes mental training method.
During team seminars, our eco-lodge can accommodate a team of 10 people on site. If the number of people is larger, we have on the archipelago of Sommarøy a large capacity (accommodation, meeting rooms, etc.)
