A pedagogical approach
Mental training is now almost systematic in high-level sport, but more and more practitioners are using it regardless of their level of practice. It is a pedagogical approach, a training that consists of developing your mental skills in order to optimize your personal or collective performance while promoting pleasure and autonomy. It is a question of providing you with a real useful and effective toolbox that you can quickly use independently. These tools are addressed in two disciplines:
- Sports sophro-pedagogy within psycho-behavioral sophrology.
- The OxygenAdvantage method.
Over the course of the sessions, you discover and follow a tailor-made path based on trust and reciprocal transparency with your mental trainer towards an objective, balanced and caring relationship with yourself and your environment in order to define, modify or confirm a trajectory and a reason for being that makes sense to you. It is most often a question of pruning rather than loading, releasing rather than constraining, to find the way that will allow you to deliver in competition a performance equal to that which you can provide during good training, limit mental noise by anchoring yourself in the action and finally transform the stress of competition into a fertile vector to surpass yourself. For each and every one of us, this path is different and is built with the levers and milestones that are yours.

A fast path to autonomy
For support on a specific theme, the protocol generally lasts from 6 to 12 weeks at a rate of one hour per week.
A more in-depth follow-up can be considered, particularly for high level athletes.

Seminars
During team seminars, our eco-lodge can accommodate a team of 10 people on site. If the number of people is larger, we have on the archipelago of Sommarøy a large capacity (accommodation, meeting rooms, etc.)
