The “Ellesmere” room is located on the 3rd floor of the lodge.

It is equipped like a boat cabin and includes everything you need to feel good:

The mattresses have been carefully chosen to guarantee a restful night’s sleep. The access door from the lodge works with a code that allows you to keep your door closed if you wish.

In the heart of a fairytale archipelago

The island of Sommarøy, the jewel of northern Norway, offers an enchanting setting between fjords and ocean. Located just 50 km from Tromsø, nicknamed the “Little Paris of the North”, it is ideal for contemplating the Northern Lights or the midnight sun. It is a place where the sky dances and the horizon seems infinite, with the only neighbours to the west being the shores of Greenland.

An asset for Northern Lights viewing

Being located on the wild coast is a great addition to Northern Lights viewing. When the weather is good, all observation posts are equal or almost, but if the weather is acting up, it is better to be in a corner where the offshore wind sweeps away the clouds more easily.

The original volumes have been respected to maintain energy sufficiency, which is more necessary than ever in cold regions and in times of climate change.
